Krisha Dhaliwal spoke at AshtonLive on inter-country country adoptions. Krisha completed a Master’s of Law at the University of Toronto in this area, and her thesis was “A Critical Study of Canadian Intercountry Adoption Law: Canada’s International Legal Obligations, the Best Interests of the Child Principle, and Family Reunification.”
