Summary
Ben was called to the bar in 2021 in Ontario where he practiced until joining Larlee Rosenberg and the Law Society of British Columbia in 2025. He provides a full range of temporary and permanent immigration services for individuals, families, and businesses. Before moving to British Columbia, Ben specialized in immigration applications for businesses and entrepreneurs, as well as addressing individual’s and family’s applications with prior refusals.
Ben has previously represented workers and business owners in a range of sectors that include technology (software & hardware), manufacturing, construction, healthcare, transportation, and tourism. He has also represented students looking to eventually join these sectors and elders who have retired from them.
Ben has a keen interest in reviewing statistics and quantifying immigration trends to better understand policy changes and factors affecting decision-making. His practice is characterized by his use of analytical skills and qualifications to find evidence-based solutions to tough problems, while leveraging his prior experience in Psychology to highlight the human side of immigration that is found in each story.
